Community education sessions focus on how therapy for those aging plays a crucial role in raising awareness, providing support, and promoting mental health and well-being among older adults. These sessions are typically designed to educate seniors, their caregivers, and the community at large about the benefits of therapy, available resources, and strategies for maintaining mental and emotional health in later life. These sessions can be tailored around the needs of the community.

I will integrate therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), Person- Centered Therapy, Family Systems Therapy and Mindfulness based approaches.

If we find that we are a good fit, I will schedule your initial appointment. Once this is scheduled, you will receive an email with a link to complete the initial intake paperwork. This includes a short intake questionnaire, which will be helpful for me to have prior to our first appointment.
