Individual therapy

What it is:

An individual session allows space to explore emotions in a safe place with a goal centered approach. 

Who it’s for:

Community Education Session

What it is:

Community education sessions focus on how therapy for those aging plays a crucial role in raising awareness, providing support, and promoting mental health and well-being among older adults. These sessions are typically designed to educate seniors, their caregivers, and the community at large about the benefits of therapy, available resources, and strategies for maintaining mental and emotional health in later life. These sessions can be tailored around the needs of the community. 

Who it’s for:
  • Those who value education around caregiver support and reduction techniques on burnout 
  • Those who want hands on education surrounding dementia behaviors and de- escalation techniques 
  • Those who seek support around end of life planning and want to provide this education to their community 
  • Those who enjoy learning in a group setting

Step One: Let's Consult

Schedule a free 15 minute consultation so we can meet and collaborate. This will be by phone or video. I’ll answer any questions you have about me and this will give you the opportunity to better understand the onboarding process.

Step Two: Let's Book

If we find that we are a good fit, I will schedule your initial appointment. Once this is scheduled, you will receive an email with a link to complete the initial intake paperwork. This includes a short intake questionnaire, which will be helpful for me to have prior to our first appointment.

Step Three: Let's Meet

We did it! You're booked and ready to go. Our sessions will be 50 minutes long, with the first session being a space to get to know each other better. This will set the pace of our work together.
