I help aging adults and their families become confident in change so that they can cope with life's transitions.
I provide therapy for aging adults and those chronically ill so they can become confident in their own narrative. I do this because everyone's story is important.
Working for a community health provider, I realized that as a case manager, I was providing services a mile wide, when I wanted to go a mile deep. I was tired of the corporate go around and being the “small guy”.
Becoming a business owner and therapist was a natural progression in my career. I have worked first hand with patients and families, so I can deeply understand the challenges they face.
My mission as a therapist is to promote the emotional well-being and holistic health of individuals of those 55 and older by providing them with the support, resources, and guidance they need to thrive in their later years. I am committed to advocating for the rights and dignity of seniors and fostering a society that values and honors the contributions of older adults I want to integrate your unique story into my therapeutic approach, weaving together life experiences while educating and providing support for a vibrant life.

Outside of work, I enjoy backpacking (I am always looking for recommendations of new trails, send them my way!) I spend most of my time with my dogs(x3), cats(x3) and my wife. Our current passion is renovating our 1920’s home.
A few of my favorite things I enjoy at the moment are: a morning walk, true crime podcasts, local eateries and gardening, specifically growing anything I can use in cooking!
